Man returns to war after violating sanctions

A Coshocton man failed to follow guidelines imposed by the Coshocton County Common Pleas Court and now will be sent to prison, and he already had two years of community control sanctions competed too. Brian Foster was sentenced to nine months in prison by judge Richard Evans. In August 2006 Brian Foster was indicted on theft charges and was convicted in March 2007, he was sentenced to 120 days in jail and was also sentenced to three years of community service. I think that these are some pretty easy punishments for the crime that he did, but then he went off and had a misdomeaner and was caught using crack-cocaine so the nine months in prison is still an easy puishment for his crime. www.coshoctontribune.com
